Positive: Out away from people , privet , just needs some maintenance done on the inside.
Negative: The small bathroom toilet was leaking sewage out of the bottom, the small Bathroom faucet was also leaking and sparing water when you turned it on. They need to restock the hand towels and wash cloths. We had 6’people staying there and there was only 3 of each there. No soap to wash the dishes with besides hand soap that was in the bathrooms. They also had a dehumidifier that was there but it was also not working. We also tried to change the dates over a month before our stay and they wouldn’t let us change anything. So we ended up having to leave early but still have to pay when we didn’t stay the whole time.
Summary: It was good but alot of stuff needs to be fixed there.

Positive: this was ideal for our group trip to Atlanta Motorsports Park for a motorcycle trackday. 3 of the 4 people with us stayed here. (the other stayed with family). Price wise for 3 days splitting the cost was as good as the cheapest motel (per person). But this was so much better with 2 bedrooms, 4 beds and a full kitchen and living room area. We had great wifi and watched motorcycle races and our gopro videos on the livingroom TV. And it was only 15 minutes from the track. The turn off from the road is about 1/4 mi on a gravel road, but it is well lit and the lights help mark where you must turn. i missed the turn 3 times by at night. But after finding it that time, i never missed it again. Just aim for the light at the driveway turn off. Towing a trailer there was plenty of room to turn around on the area next to the apartment. This was great for our motorcycle towing group. If we can get these group visits to AMP going in the future, I would certainly seek this place out. Very pleased with it. This was not our destination resort hangout, but if that was your intent, this still wouldn’t be a bad place.
Negative: ok, let’s pick nits because there is nothing else to complain about… i wish the TV had been equipped with a laptop mini displayport cable for connecting a laptop to it. We could have then done our track riding analysis in the living room to pick apart everyone’s on track performance.
Summary: Great place to stay when riding motorcycles at the nearby racetrack.
