Luxurious, 5000 square foot, four level house, on a deep water cove on Lake Lanier! Located in a private, beautiful setting, with gated driveway. Only 40 minute drive from Atlanta, on Georgia 400. Two miles off the main highway.
The house features 26 foot ceiling with a glass wall overlooking the lake. Luxurious master bedroom, gourmet kitchen, hardwood floors. Two dens, three large decks overlooking the lake, fully equipped gym, billiards table, ping pong, Sonos system on main level and terrace level. Three Roku Smart TVs and two wood burning fireplaces. Wired for high-speed internet connection. Private dock with party deck, just bring your boat (or rent it nearby) and tie to private dock. Swim in the cove's calm water or relax on the party deck and enjoy the beautiful views. Fish for bass, crappie and catfish from the dock. There is convenient access to public boat ramp, Nix Bridge, and gas marina, Athens Boat Club, to refuel your boat.
Only five miles from the North Georgia Premium outlet mall, groceries (delivery available to the front door via Instacart!), 15 minutes from the charming historic town of Dahlonega and the beautiful North Georgia mountains. Movie theater, restaurants and wineries only minutes away. Golf, white water rafting, horseback riding hiking at Amicalola Falls, are nearby. Close to the best hiking and mountain biking in Georgia. Summary: I thoroughly enjoyed the house. Everything you need for a family to spread out and relax. One thing to keep in mind is there are only 2 tv's. Depending on the group size, you might want to plan for that on inside days. Great house no complaints noon check out was much appreciated.

Summary: The home was beautiful and there was plenty of space for our family. The location was perfect for our plans. The driveway as stated is very steep, I believe it is a 14% grade. I would not want to have to traverse it if it were to get icy either by car or on foot. There were a few issues, but the property manager responded quickly. We did not expect the issues to be resolved while we were there, but hopefully they were fixed as soon as possible.

Summary: Our family (7 adults and an infant) came together for a week stay at the Lake Lanier Retreat. House was well supplied, and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. (a few grilling tools would be helpful) We brought a small fishing boat and parking at the top of the hill was difficult. Spots are only deep enough for the trailer, so you have to disconnect from the tow vehicle, and making the swing with a truck and trailer is a challenge. The house is located on a quite cove and the dock was nice to tie up the boat and to swim. (the ladder from the water to the dock could use an upgrade). This is one of those places where you can relax as you are out on the lake but be in town for anything you need in 15 minutes. Lovely home, and we would definitely come again, as this home had a bit of everything from ping pong and pool table to work out equipment. Nothing like a week of family time on the lake but close to everything. (Sherri was quick to reply with any questions and made the checkin and out a breeze)

Summary: This beautiful house is equipped with everything needed. The beds were so comfortable, all the common areas fully outfitted for entertaining, and the dock was very enjoyable. A note for those bringing small children or elderly, there are stairs to go ANYWHERE in the house or outside to the lake. Not an issue for many, but might be a consideration for some. Our family loved this place.

Summary: We absolutely loved the property and our stay. The pictures don’t do it justice. Large home with everything we needed. Perfect spot on the lake. The hosts were wonderful.

Summary: Excellent house for a family to spend a relaxing time together. Sherri the house manager was attentive and helpful. If you bring kayaks with you there is a boat ramp not far away, only took us about 15 minutes to paddle them back to the dock. There is only one regular sized refrigerator and a dorm size mini- fridge on the lower level, plan accordingly.
