Enjoy being surrounded by mature trees while having breakfast. Bring your boat or rent one! Deep water! The dock is 2 to 3 minutes' walk from the house. Relax in the hot tub, play pool with friends, grill burgers, gather around firepit, or relax on the water! Check out your Helen, North GA Wineries, breathtaking hikes, waterfalls and so much more!
The space:
The house has 3 levels with 4 bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms. Newly installed hot tub, fire pit, pool table, and dock are the most popular amenities of this house. Hot tub fits 5 comfortably, dock is a few minutes away, most of the walking is on a flat surface and gets a little steeper by the end of it. Dock sits on deep water. The house offers seasonal views of Lake Lanier (you can see the lake from the house when trees lose their foliage) and is surrounded by tall mature oak trees providing privacy and cool in the summer.

• Anna Ruby falls is close to Helen and so very enjoyable.
