Summary: This place was amazing! It slept all of us comfortably and had so many bathrooms for us to get ready. It was the perfect neighborhood, we walked pretty much everywhere from the house. Very central located. It’s about 20 min walk to bourbon street. The bar across the street is awesome for a late night cocktail or pregame shot. Also the owner was so responsive, sent recommendations, and very nice! Highly recommend this house!

Summary: I have to agree with all of the other reviews! The property is great. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers and there was room for everyone. The location is perfect. A short, safe walk to the French Quarter and lots of good places close by. Little People's Place across the street is a friendly dive bar. If you look the bar up online (which I did), it looks a bit sketchy and you might think "what kind of neighborhood is this?!" ... but fear not. :-) The owner of the house is extremely responsive. The house has everything you need and the space is very comfortable for a group. There are 3 levels - the first level has the living/dining/kitchen, a large bedroom with 2 beds and twin futon, and a powder bath (whoever stays in this room will have to go to an upstairs bathroom to shower, but they have a toilet/sink on their level). The 2nd level has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a w/d. The master is a large room with queen bed and twin futon and a connected bath. There is another large room (this room faces the street and has a porch but you can't access the porch) that shares the full hall bath with a second (VERY) small room. The 3rd floor is one large room with two twin over full bunk beds and another full bath. We never had a problem with parking or noise (when we checked in, some very large sounding dogs were barking - but we couldn't hear them inside). Even if we are a smaller group, we would DEFINITELY stay here again on our next trip to NOLA.

Summary: We had a great time in this spot and it was as spacious as advertised. Short walk to the French Quarter and all it has to offer. It was clean and well kept and would definitely recommend it for anyone traveling with a large group.

Summary: Overall, a great location. Very clean. Parking is an issue. I had to park three blocks away on one occasion and then was blocked by a car illegally parked- I was unable to move my car for four hours. I would expect designated parking with the fee I paid.

Summary: This house is comfortable and welcoming. We enjoyed being able to do a bit of cooking and a lot of hanging out. There are some good restaurants and stores close-by. Would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Location is great 5-10 minute Uber to everything. Great communication with host. Had extra beds and we were 10 people. Dive bar across the street was great. They are the sweetest people.
