Positive: Clean rooms, comfortable bed and great views of the ocean! Continental breakfast was good, good selection of food choices. Coffee was always available which was a plus.

Positive: Restaurants close by Aquarium is close by like 5 to 10 min away also a dolphin tour very close even closer

Positive: One of the best places I have stayed in VA beach. I’ve had a great experience from the beginning. From staff to room. We ended up arriving earlier than expected and they accommodated parking so we could enjoy the beach early.

Positive: Wonderful room, easy and free parking in garage connected to hotel. Nice sitting/lounging area downstairs, coffee/tea available all day. Nice clean little pool. Clean rooms.
Negative: Only 1 single restroom downstairs, which is a hassle during breakfast and check in & check out time. Check in time is quite late- 4pm. But then check out time is 11 am, so they really eat away at the time you can use the room. I expect more from a Marriott Hotel. Also parking is free, but only until 2pm on the day you leave, (which doesn't make sense since check in is so late, at 4pm). So that's also eating away at your time at the beach the last day, but not sure how much this parking time limit is enforced though.
Summary: Overall clean hotel with pretty relaxed atmosphere. Free parking garage a huge plus.
