Positive: Overal the resort was excellent. The Family Selection is ideal for family with kids. We were traveling with 1 & 5 year old and it was perfection. The resort is rather calm, quiet, but there is party and fun when you look for it. The food was ok. It never disappoints. But there could have been bit better selection at the buffet. People are very friendly and helpful.
Negative: The kids club at the beach could have been better.

Positive: The landscaping is amazing. Family selection is exceptional. Housekeeping qnd butler services outstanding.
Negative: Food - you would get the same food every where at the property, from room service to buffet to restaurants. Food Quantity is key in this resort and not food quality. Food is average and it wouldn’t take time to realize you get the same food every where you eat. We stayed for 6 days and the food was the main and only reason we were counting days to go to our second destination. Kids club, worse I have ever seen. They would do nothing to encourage the kids to stay with them. No love, no passion, no encouragement..they do nothing to attract kids to stay. I truly hope Family Select opens a private kids club for the Family Select guests rather than the one currently exists for all combined resorts.
Summary: Great 6day stay with a 4 and 5 year old. I wished food was not average and the same all over all resorts. Definitely kid

Positive: Staff very friendly and attentive.
Negative: Extra cost for using the spa. Also the cost for individual spa treatments are the same as the States. I would recommend no fee for accesses the spa and decreasing fee for treatments. We already pay large amount for our family to stay for the week.
Summary: Excellent we had large group 52 people. Half kids half adults there was something for everyone.
