Positive: Overall, everything was quite nice and well maintained. The beach and pools had towels, chairs, bathrooms, etc. nearby. The buffets were well stocked. We didn't end up using the kids club but they had a good schedule of stuff for kids 4 and up.
Negative: I had bad seafood one night and was violently ill all night and my last day on the property - the sickest I've EVER been with explosions coming out of both ends. It was difficult to contact the spa to cancel my booking the next day bc nobody answered either phone line and all of the staff that I told that I got food poisoning just kind of giggled and said sorry. There was no offer from the front desk to provide medicine (they should probably have IVs at the spa if people are going to be dehydrated from extreme diarrhea) or even ginger ale and crackers without a $20 room service charge when you can't leave the room. I had to trek to the lobby to buy pepto for $20 and poop in a series of public restrooms to get there.
Summary: It was wonderful until I had bad seafood one night and was sick for the last 24 hrs.

Positive: All staff members were very friendly, the other pools were great, the rooms were clean and spacious, the bathrooms in the room was amazing, the beaches clean, the drinks good, the property itself was amazing! The TRS side did have better food and liquor.
Negative: The big pool was under construction which we did not know about and that was a big reason we were staying there. The food wasn’t the best at the buffets and some of the restaurants. It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t amazing either.

Positive: Food was great, location out of this world, but the staff at Palladium were beyond exceptional. They went above any expectation to make sure our stay was perfect and memorable. VIP service the whole time foe a reasonable price.
Negative: I wish it would have stated construction work was being done on the hotel and pools. We were not able to use a portion of the resort due to it. Bonus for them though, we want to come back to see it when its finshed.
Summary: Best resort I've been to bar none! Very memorble and rewarding trip. No regrets!

Positive: Beautiful pools, beach, and lagoon. Lobby bar was fantastic. Cabaret was well worth the money.
Negative: The intense pressure to do the 1 hour lunch where they try to sell you everything. Way too pushy. Food was average. Didn’t come clean our room some days. Loooots of walking. Place is huge
