Positive: Rooms were always well kept, beds made towels stocked. I loved all the pools. I never had difficulty finding pool chairs. There were plenty of restaurants and buffets. Most staff very pleasant.
Negative: I didn’t like all the mini ants in our bathroom. Our mini fridge was not stocked every day. I finally called on the third day, and It was promptly stocked. I didn’t like the fact that I had to call for blankets for the bed. Finally, one of the nights at the sports bar, an employee wouldn’t serve one of the people we were traveling with because he didn’t have tip money for that drink. We traveled with 13 people and were tipping all the time. It’s an all inclusive resort, tipping is not required.
Summary: Overall very good and will definitely book again.

Positive: Food was good. Pool was big and lots of loungers. Nice bathroom in hotel room. Beautiful surroundings. Restaurants were good.
Negative: Really hard to book dinner reservations. Can only book 2 days in advance and need to be in line at the lobby at 730am to make a reservation before they sell out. Long lines up for breakfast and lunch buffets. Rocky beach, definitely need water shoes to go in the water. Small area where swimming is allowed in the ocean. No blanket in hotel room.

Positive: The property is in a beautiful location and the common areas are very well done and feel luxurious
Negative: The rooms seem outdated, did see some mold in the bathrooms, and the bed/couch were extremely uncomfortable. The bed did not even have a comforter, just a light sheet.
Summary: Overall good value and good time, would probably not stay here again

Positive: The food was great for an all inclusive. Most of the staff (except the reception area) were super friendly. Bathrooms were clean. Great for families. Great swimming area on beach - so many great pool options. Entertainment at night was fun! My kids loved the juniors kids club.
Negative: Had to move rooms multiple times (error in amount of beds, terrible smell). Rooms are outdated but comfortable. No comforter on bed. Reception staff was somewhat unfriendly and the checkout/checkin process was anything but smooth. Little kids club near the beach was underwhelming.
Summary: Great for a large family group- something for everyone to do and food was great!

Negative: Hotel very old. Plugs didn’t work. TV didn’t work. Bed very uncormfortable it aqueeks a lot. Transportation within the hotel is horrible everything is far away. A lot of mosquitoes. Restaurants are not included so it’s not all inclusive as they advertise.
