An immaculate 3 bedroom, 3 full bath home on a beautiful private acre in Orleans, this home is perfect for families and is a great vacation property.
The first floor has a large family room with a gas fireplace and cathedral ceiling, a bright sun room, and a brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The dining room is conveniently adjacent to the kitchen and has a table that comfortably seats 8 people.
The sunroom opens out onto a 400 sq ft. mahogany deck with 2 retractable awnings. The deck leads to a large stone patio with a round gas fire pit and a built in outdoor kitchen including gas grill and sink. This is where the entertaining happens! Let the kids play on the custom all wood playground with shredded rubber Base while you relax around the fire pit.
The newly finished, spacious lower level has an additional rooms including a second family room and a brand new bathroom/laundry room. Please ask for sheet and towel rental companies, if you don't wish to bring your own. We do not provide sheets or towels.
Home is set back on a large circular driveway, for privacy and kids safety... Feel free to use the beach chairs, board games, and beach toys.
This home is surrounded by beautiful lakes and very convenient to town center, ocean beaches and the bay.

Summary: The house had literally everything we could have needed. Lots of space for us to chill after hitting the bayside beaches (10 minute drive). Perfect location, as we like to hit Chatham, Orleans, Brewster & Harwich for eats and shopping.

Summary: Beautiful, well appointed home in Orleans for a great stay on Cape Cod. The swing set was an amazing perk for families with young children. Outdoor living space and shower were great additions.

Summary: WOW! This property was beautiful and so family-friendly! The house is spacious and updated, and the kitchen had everything we needed (even specialty cooking tools, etc.) Bunk beds for the kids were just right. Patio with a grill and fire pit.... heavenly! And even a yard space where our boys played baseball. Michael had everything ready for us at check-in, and the location couldn't have been better. So many sights and beaches within a short drive. It felt like a family home, very warm and welcoming. I can't recommend this property enough!

Summary: Clean, well stocked home perfect for our family of five. Plenty of space both inside and outside and the kids loved the backyard with lots of room to play games and enjoy the play set. Great location makes it easy to get to beaches, restaurants, and shops in Orleans, Harwich and Chatham. On a main road but the house is set back from the road with lots of trees and a semi circular driveway. Communication with the owner was excellent and he provided lots of info about the house, area, etc before we arrived. We had an great week at this home!

Summary: Upon arrival, the owner, Michael, had a welcome basket w/wine, beach toys etc., and a personalized note. What a nice touch! The home is beautiful, clean and has a great layout. The backyard is wonderful. Huge yard, plenty of seating, great grill station and gas fire pit to around. The property location is perfect, a short drive to Chatham and a short drive to the Cape Cod National Seashore beaches. We had a great time and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Cape Cod. Michael is a wonderful host.

Summary: Impressive open floor plan and the best back yard of any property we’ve stayed at on Cape Cod! Located in between Orleans and Chatham with easy access to Skaket and Nauset, our two favorite beaches, and the Cape Cod Rail Trail. The property was clean, modern and had many household amenities not found in all properties. The owner was very easy to contact and responsive and check in was simple. Would highly recommend!

Summary: This was a great property in a fantastic Cape location. The house is much bigger than it appears. It was extremely clean and inviting and well-stocked. The backyard is a plus with a large seating area and big grill. Orleans is a great central location to all great things on the Cape. Michael was a great responsive host!
