Summary: This house was great for a family with all ages. The young parents and their 2 children were able to be upstairs. Old folks on the first floor and two 30 something with their own rooms in the basement. Everyone was able to spread out. Great TV room and large deck!

Summary: This was a perfect stay for our extended family looking to enjoy summer on cape cod. The three living spaces made it easy for everyone to relax and spread out, and the large dining table was ideal for us to have dinner all together at night. This is an ideal location for visiting Chatham, the beautiful beaches of Orleans, and exploring other parts of the Cape. The only minor complaints relate to excessive spiders and dust, especially in the basement. Otherwise, we loved our stay!

Summary: We had a great week because of the people we were with. The location of this house is convenient because Chatham and Brewster are both within a 10 minute drive. However, the listing photos on this house are inaccurate and outdated. The owner should update the home with new beds, carpet and pillows. It needs a deep cleaning in order to continue charging the price they are charging for one week. There was dust and cobwebs everywhere, we killed multiple deady long legs spiders daily. There were flys inside all the time. The upstairs and basement smelled so strongly of must. The basement bedrooms and bathrooms were unusable because of the must smell. The beds, pillows and carpet upstairs are in need of replacing. The king upstairs is not actually a king, it is two twins pushed together, which is not what you expect when it states it is a king. The outside landscaping is a complete mess and overgrown with weeds everywhere. There is a hazardous spiral staircase in the family room, which leads to the pool room. Small children could fall through, this was not in any of the photos. The owner did put a small fence around the staircase, but it is not attached to anything and anyone with small children knows this would not keep them safe. The rental also does not come with towels or sheets, which is inconvenient for people traveling or makes you wonder if they wash the comforters or mattress pads in between guests. We were a bit disappointed in the cleanliness for what we paid.

Summary: The house was excellent. The a/c was well up to the task during the hot, humid week. Didn't lack for anything in the house. The rooms and layout are spacious and attractive. One small recommendation: put an A/C unit in the 2nd floor room that has the pool table. Overall, everyone was very pleased with the house and its amenities.

Summary: We loved everything about this property! The large family room and rec room above the garage are huge. Our entire family spent a lot of quality time together there. Then we all had our own spaces when we needed some quiet. The elevated deck and back yard are beautiful. It’s also very close to everything we wanted to do on the cape. I needed to ask a few questions of the manager and he was very responsive. We very highly recommend this property.

Summary: We needed a home that had enough bedrooms for multiple adults gathering after a family wedding. We also needed a first floor bedroom and bathroom with a walk-in shower for our 86 year old father. We also wanted a large deck with a grill and large tables to enjoy dinner together. This house met our criteria. The house had plenty of space and kitchen had most items we needed. We did feel that the deck and deck furniture was very weathered and not very comfortable - it could have used some updating or at least cushions. Most of the beach chairs available were sized for children, there were no outdoor lights working on the deck near the grill, a few lightbulbs were out in indoor lamps, and the kitchen could have been a little cleaner when we arrived (there were lots of crumbs around the toaster) so we questionned how well it had been cleaned. One of the burners on the stove also did not work. I think there could have been a few more instructions provided and notes on anything not working to save the trouble of trying to figure things out. Overall, we had a good week and the house worked out well for us. Just wanted to provide feedback on things that could be improved.

Summary: We spent a week in Orleans and this house was wonderful! It accommodated extended family perfectly. My son is 18 months and he had a blast playing on the porch and in the outdoor shower. The property is beautiful decorated and well equipped. We spend a lot of time in Dennis, so the location is a bit further than our usual spot but worked out fine. We will definitely stay again!

Summary: This place was very spacious for our party of 11. We enjoyed the various living spaces and the wonderfully stocked kitchen. We loved having the deck to sit out on at night and in the morning for to sip our coffee. Having 3 bathrooms is a bonus. You never had to wait for a shower or for someone to get out. The bedrooms were spacious. We do wish some of the beds were more comfortable but it did not ruin our stay! We also wished there were sheets and towels included as well. But again it was not a big deal as there was a washer and dryer. We had a great time here and it was a very quiet neighborhood!
