This cozy, three bedroom home sits on a hill overlooking a pond, a creek, and Little Pleasant Bay, with water views on three sides. Located at the end of a quaint country road, you're just steps away from a town landing with a boat ramp where you can launch your boat, kayak, canoe, paddle board, etc...
Beautifully landscaped with an expansive deck fully equipped with plenty of furniture, a gas grill and an outdoor shower, it's a perfect spot to witness amazing sunrises. Also, a farmers porch that's perfect for relaxing on while sipping coffee or your favorite cocktail.
Across the bay you'll view marshes, islands, and dunes leading to the Atlantic Ocean. Conservation trails nearby invite you to take a leisurely stroll in the woods where the path leads down to the bay. You're only minutes away from town, shopping, restaurants, mini golf, "big" golf, the bike trail, fishing, Rock Harbor, Nauset and Skaket Beaches, and the Cape Cod Baseball League games.

Summary: Kayleen was helpful from start to finish, the property had a gorgeous view and all of the amenities we could have asked for. We had a fabulous night grilling on the patio overlooking the water. Her home is close proximity to ice cream, groceries, and the best beaches. It was a wonderful stay

Summary: Overall a wonderful spot for a cape cod getaway. Far enough inland to access the best beaches, and head to national seashore in 25 minutes or P town within an hour. House is great for cooking on gas stove with plenty of dishes and serve ware. Expansive outer deck and grass landing great for star gazing or ocean front yoga. Our family really enjoyed this tranquil setting. Our only criticism is that one of the bedrooms did not have an AC unit and became very hot for one of the couples. The beds could also use a mattress upgrade. Other than that this was an amazing place to stay. Thanks to the owner for her kindness and easy going attitude. We would return again!!

Summary: A very comfortable house with amazing water views and easy access to the water for boating. the house is comfortable and well supplied with all the necessary appliances and dishes and cookware. The grounds are lovely and well maintained, and the back deck with the best waterviews is big enough to accommodate a group of 20 people, even though the house is only setup to sleep 6. Although we didn't need to use them, there are window air conditioners in each bedroom and two for ground floor living space. There are also plenty of fans, so it is easy to keep this house comfortable. The owner is also local and very responsive if any issues arise. I have no hesitation In rating this 5 stars!
