Summary: Allen the door man and valet was extremely friendly and helpful as was all the staff. We arrived at 9:30 AM and they got us a room withing a couple hours even though check in wasn't until the afternoon.

Summary: I liked the room. The noise was rough from Bourbon, ear plugs helped some. I wish parking was cheaper. The front desk refused to give me a sheet I needed for my work for reimbursement bc I booked through hotels.com and I wish they would’ve worked with me as I’ve had other hotels do.

Summary: Loved my stay. Greeted gracefully and security was on site. I felt safe and secure. Checking in and out was easy. Great location and in the middle of New Orleans atmosphere. Clean room and no issues with my stay.

Summary: The stay was amazing minus the fact that I did have to get moved because I had no hot water and they could not fix it and also there in the new room their was this loud banging noise that sounded like a bowliing ball rolling that woke me up at 7am each day.

Summary: We rented three king rooms with poolside balconies for our family. The rooms were perfect…clean, comfortable & quiet. With the balcony door open you could hear the people enjoying the pool but when closed the noise was gone. The hotel was so convenient as you walk out the door and you’re right on Bourbon St. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. I planned this family event months in advance & researched several hotels before I chose Four Points By Sheridan and I am very happy with my choice.
