Summary: The property is relatively expensive. Indeed, we choose a fifth floor room and the view is astonishing. However, for a trip where you walk and go out a lot, I would say the view doesn't matter that much since you won't even stay in the room for long. Besides, the hotel is a bit old -- the bathtub sink look a bit old and scary. I would say it's standard for old hotels but given the price, I would recommend people shop around and see if there're better ones. I give a 4-star because I feel it's fair for a hotel in Nice (probably most hotels are relatively old and expensive given the limited supply).
