Positive: The people that own this property made every effort to make it amazing. I asked prior to our arrival to see if it would b possible for a little something extra as it was my partners birthday and they went above and beyond and payed for it all themselves till I arrived. They made it really special as we had a time slot for brakefast so it was if only we was there. Would definitely recommend to others.

Positive: Great value room with a lovely breakfast offering. Attention needed for the ensuite which has lights out and a shower head that requires a clean. Upon arrival we noticed that there was some out of date olives in the mini fridge which appeared to have been there for some time. Kettle requires a plug socket nearby as we had to move the kettle to the floor. Very good value and little work needed to make perfect.

Negative: We booked this accommodation as it included breakfast and checkout at 12 o’clock. We checked in okay but later that evening the lady messaged to say check out is 10 o’clock not 12 o’clock as stated in booking.com.. we were very disappointed as this was one of the reasons why we chose this accommodation. This resulted in us missing breakfast the next morning due to the earlier checkout time.. we checked out at 10 o’clock the next morning I went to the local Toby for breakfast which cost us nearly £20. This needs to be sorted. To avoid future disappointment..
Summary: Nice rooms. But not happy with the mix up of check out time

Positive: I arrived late at night, the key box was easy to find and a cosy room was warm and ready for me. As requested an amazing gluten free breakfast (bread and cereals) was ready for me very early. On request (I forgot to ask before arrival), non dairy milk was provided also!
Negative: Only notes are that the coffee machine could have had some instructions nearby for the unitiated (I've learnt how to use pod machines through past errors) and that non dairy milk could have been in the fridge already in case there isn't someone around to ask at the time. Also from the outside it very much seems like a normal home and it took a panicked minute of me checking my booking to be sure I was in the right place, so maybe clearer signage.
Summary: Very cosy B&B, very accommodating of dietary needs.
