Summary: The girl at the desk was very nice & helpful. The room was not so good. I felt like the room had been used, like someone had checked in, been there for a few minutes & maybe changed rooms. The toilet seat was up, the pillow was slightly squished as if someone had sat down on the bed. I wasn't sure so I just put my stuff in there. Later in the evening I went to call the front desk & realized that the phone was completely disconnected from the wall. I called the desk from my cell phone & she told me, "oh yea some of our phones don't work anymore." Ok so I got the direct number to the front desk. A while later I was freezing, I turned off the a/c but ther oom never really cooled down. I switch from cold to heat so I could heat up the room a bit to sleep. I immediately noticed a smell coming from the unit. I wasn't sure what it was, but before I could figure it out, the smoke alarm went off. I quickly turned everything off & eventually the smoke alarm went off. No one ever came to check why it went off. No call, no visit. that really scared me. I could still smell that same smell but eventually it went away. I was still nervous & probably should have asked for a new room, but it was late & I was all unpacked. I just wrote an email to my family telling them that if I die overnight it was probably due to whatever happened with that smoke alarm. Obviously I survived, but I have to tell you this was not a good stay. I would never go there again.

Summary: This was one of the worst stays in a Holiday Inn Express. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty. The shower rod was turned wrong and looked like it was about to fall out of the wall. The curtain did not reach from end to end, due to the way the rod was turned. The tub was stained, there was no "warm water" it was all hot. One of the queen beds sounded and felt like it was going to fall apart. There was also a cord coming out of a wall and into the bed that was not covered and a major hazard. Also, the "buffet" breakfast was a joke. They didn't really have any Gluten Free options other than fruit, yogurt and the eggs. (Hampton Inn had GF bread and cereal at least) There was no bacon or sausage only the eggs and pre-made pancakes, that my husband said tasted like they were frozen.

Summary: The staff were friendly, especially check in. Pool wasn’t clean, the tubs went slow- hair clog, good breakfast. Beds are comfy.

Summary: The light in the entry was not working. The entry door had a gap from the floor that was 2 inches and easy to see under. There was a hole in the ceiling near the window that looked as if it might have leaked in the past and not fully repaired. They only had one small elevator for the entire hotel.

Summary: The room was clean and presentable. My main complaint would be that the outlet and USB plugs under the TV and between the beds were worn out and in need of replacement.

Summary: The room was clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The air conditioner worked well and the room had good air circulation. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooms were quiet. The breakfast area was crowded and the hot food were not so hot. The coffee was great!

Summary: The hotel could use a lot of updating and maintenance. Holes and chips in the doors and walls, our chargers would not stay in the outlets, our floor had an exit sign for the stairs just dangling from the ceiling by its electrical wires. The breakfast options look nothing like the advertised photos. Pool area is not well kept. After our first night they had entered our room and did not replace towels, made only 1 bed and had knocked all our items off the stand. The next morning we asked ourselves for new towels and requested they not clean our room. The housekeeping we spoke to were very rude about it.
