Summary: Beautiful courtyard! everyone was so helpful with coupons and suggestions for places to visit and things to do! Close to Canal Street and Bourbon Street. We had a great time!

Summary: Service and friendliness of staff was exceptional. Condition of the room was great. Location is perfect for anyone wanting to explore the heart of the French Quarter. It was a very welcoming hotel with plenty to do around it. One thing to note is that the bottles of water they drop in the room = only if you ask for them (I guess). I only had them on the first day and that was only because I said something. Thankfully, there is a great market right around the corner on Royal St with fair pricing. If you need more selection, there is Walgreens a few steps further.

Summary: Debbie at the front desk was excellent during check in. Being our first trip to NOLA, she answered all of our questions and got us scheduled for a tour of the city. We rented a superior king room and it had a strong mold/mildew odor when we opened the door. The bathroom sink had a huge crack in it and the shower head was not properly threaded and sprayed everywhere. The volume on the TV didn't work and the phone was broken. We did call about the TV and they immediately had someone come up to fix it. The room in my opinion wasn't the cleanest and had some maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. Our bed was comfortable, the rooms a/c worked great and kept our room nice and cool. The hotel courtyard was pleasant with fans blowing and had a refreshing water station set up for hotel guest. Overall we had a great stay and would come back.

Summary: Great stay. Parking unhandy and extra charge. Room a bit small for 2 people, but comfortable, Bed very comfortable and quiet. I would stay again if in the area.

Summary: Was there for 4 nights, room was nice and large. Service staff didn’t clean much, just replaced towels. Didnt replace bottles of water at all. If the price was right, might stay there again. Was close to bourbon street and lots of restaurants.
