Summary: Arrived a bit late because I drove in from Alta in Norway. And because I went to the Tirpitz museum and spent longer there than I initially thought I would spend there. Room was alright. Really hot, though. Luckily, the front desk gave me a fan, which I then had next to me the entire night. Got a free upgrade, which basically consisted of 2 cans of Loka water, 1 can of Coke and 1 can of Fanta Orange. And a mini bag of Ahlgrens Bilar. Lots of mosquitos in the area, so had to sleep with the windows closed. Bathroom was alright, but space between sink and tap was so small my hands wouldn't fit. Washing my hands was a bit of a pain. The toilet seat was made of wood, but a bit too small. Shower was alright, but the soaps weren't. Also: they were out of shower gel. Breakfast was really early. Which, in turn, allowed me to start my day early and also arrive early at my next location. In all, it was an alright hotel.

Summary: Highs - amazing ice hotel, wonderful main restaurant, lovely bar and adventure center, friendly staff (though too few), proximity to Sami center. Lows - crowded messy lobby, long lines, minimal amenities before or after ice hotel night, very out of date "chalet" room, general uncleanliness.

Summary: Amazing unique experience. Got to see the Auroras from right behind the hotel (without having to sign up for their tour). They provided snowsuits and boots which was so helpful!

Summary: We stayed 1 night in one of the cold rooms and it was a fun experience. We went cross country skiing the next morning and had the best time with our guide! Highly recommend!

Summary: I enjoyed my stay and experience in icehotel. i admired the staff and how helpful they were, especially Pedro at the restaurant. Also, I loved the overall vibe. However, I would have appreciated if you mentioned before booking the rules and regulations of the cold room.
