1 Bedroom Apartment in New Orleans

Beautiful studio apartment with private entrance through a shared courtyard in the heart of historic Mid City New Orleans. Directly across from City Park and centrally located to numerous attractions. Queen bed with deluxe mattress as well as a Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Close to two different street car lines and 4 short blocks to the Lafitte Greenway. There are museums, bars, restaurants, local stores, and cafes and so much more within walking distance. Easy access to the interstate and the French Quarter.
The space
Original house built in 1905. The entire home was completely restored with a focus on historic preservation. The apartment is attached to our home. There is a separate entrance and no shared living space.
Beautiful custom cabinets in the Kitchen. 55" HD TV. The studio has two closets and shelving. There is a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Original hardwood flooring throughout the bedroom and kitchen area. Single cup coffee pot with pods. Board games and cards. Bathroom has granite counter tops, custom vanity, shower/ bath. This is a first floor apartment of a two story house. 10ft ceilings and old world charm. There are sound barriers installed in the ceiling but it’s possible you will some hear some faint noise from the remaining areas of the house. Lastly, there is a washer and dryer in the unit.

Guests have access to our shared rear courtyard which includes a sitting area and classic European style pavers.

Summary: We had a great experience here during our stay in New Orleans! From communication and response time to the VEBOs cleanliness and cuteness, Ryan was the best host! We even had a slight AC hiccup and he had someone there to fix it the same morning within an hour of texting him. He recommended so many great spots to eat, so many things to do, and even recommended a driver to us to use for The Eras Tour! Check in was super smooth and so was check out. Even parking was super convenient being able to park right outside of the unit. We'll definitely be staying here the next time we visit Nola. You'll love your stay here!

Summary: We’ve stayed here several times now and it is consistently clean and prepared. It’s compact but has all we need or want. The private patio area adds outdoor living space when the weather allows. It’s convenient to many attractions and transportation. The hosts live adjacent and are wonderful. We will continue to use this as our preferred lodging in New Orleans.
