Positive: My experience was excellent. The staff were always very kind and helpful, and the pool and facilities were very well maintained and spotlessly clean. In addition, their cocktails and food were truly delicious.

Positive: The staff was very very nice. The rooms Comfortable and good size.hot water in the showers.the food was ok and the breakfast ok

Negative: Location. If you want to be outsize the town this is a good place but you have to pay for all the trips to town and the tours to come to you then stay in town

Positive: Lovely location, close to Puerto Maldonado airport but with jungle walks and river trips on the doorstep. The staff are great, the food is delicious, and the lodges are very comfortable.

Negative: Limited opening times for the kitchen for breakfast and dinner (though staff are happy to accommodate if asked in advance, and provide packed lunches for excursions)

Positive: The staff were super helpful, especially Albert, and everyone went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible ~ including booking tours and transports in and out of Puerto Maldonado. The Reserve grounds are based in a middle of a rain forest, you can’t beat the location! Extra bonus points for having a rescue monkey Muncho and a parrot Pepe to keep you company and entertain you. The property also has an hour-long Forrest track for those brave enough to venture out on their own.

Negative: The property is a little further from the town but that’s a small price to pay for being located in the middle of a rain forest.
