Summary: Overall this property is great. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are exceptionally clean. I’ve stayed in another room at this property with a much nicer bathroom than the one we had this time. This one could definitely use an update. Room service was outstanding. Tonia was so friendly and through our conversation found out we were celebrating our anniversary so she came back with a bottle of wine and a sweet card. She went above and beyond to make our stay special. My only complaint was breakfast. When I stayed here in January there was a lovely Sunday brunch. That wasn’t available this time and the food from the menu was so-so for the price. The service was not anything special either. I would have gone to a local spot outside of the hotel if I had known how it would go.

Summary: Hotel was great, exceeded all of my expectations. The valet attendant was extremely helpful, the front desk lady was super friendly, sweet, and efficient and of course the room was great. The bed was super comfortable, and it was nice and quiet when I went to sleep. I also ate my dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant and both were delicious.

Summary: Everyone from the valet attendants to the front desk agents were kind, helpful and great to converse with. Ed, Blair, Korey, Kourtney and Alyssa were all amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. It would be nice if there was more than one server. The young lady serving was by herself. She handled it wonderfully, but one more server would be helpful.

Summary: I recently stayed at the Loews New Orleans while in town for a conference. During my stay, I needed to change rooms midway and the ladies at reception were very helpful and understanding (thank you Courtney and Hannah). I also dined at the restaurant and my server, Hannah, was very attentive. This hotel is very walkable to the convention centre, 2 shopping malls, and the French quarter. Overall, would recommend.

Summary: The staff was amazing and helpful. Both Courtney and Hanna at the front desk, gave us great places to go . Courtney helped us at check in, and she went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed

Summary: I love this hotel. The staff was courteous and professional and assisted at a moment’s notice. The doorman was very attentive. He assisted me to obtain an Uber when the first one was very below standard.
