Unlike many high rise complexes, this building with just 12 units, has a wonderful intimate atmosphere where you can relax in peace and quiet by the ocean front swimming pool.
Outdoor amenities include 60 foot long infinity pool at the ocean edge, Jacuzzi tub, sundeck, poolside BBQ area and tropical gardens. The kids (both big and small) will love the ocean side diving platform. For those less adventurous there is easy ladder access to the ocean.
Maid service is provided every other day; Spa service and cook service is available on request.
This is a lovely 1 BR oceanfront Cozumelโ€™s condo situated one floor up from the pool level; our building is one of the finest Cozumelโ€™s lodging option in the north shore of the island.
This one bedroom Cozumelโ€™s Condo has a living area, kitchen, dining area, oceanfront LARGE bedroom and private bathroom.
Just off the living area is a dining area that can seat 4 people. There is additional seating for 3 people at the lunch counter off the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare a full meal.
The bedroom has a king bed as well as a sleep sofa. The seating area in the bedroom overlooks the ocean and sliding glass doors lead onto the oceanfront patio.

Summary: Matt was easy to work with, very helpful. The place is serene and quiet. The ocean access in the back is amazing, there is a reef along the coast so snorkeling is easy. View of ocean is awesome. Staff was very kind. Definitely would go back.

Summary: We have visited Cozumel for our SCUBA adventures many times over the years and this was by far our most memorable. Matt and Isabel have a beautiful property; incredibly comfortable with all the creature comforts anyone could ask for. The setting is tranquil and oh, the views! We felt very well taken care of and the few questions we had were answered immediately. If you are reading this review and have any thoughts of staying with these hosts I can only offer you this simple adviceโ€ฆโ€ฆDo not hesitate; youโ€™ll be glad you didnโ€™t! Summary: Our family stayed for 10 days and really enjoyed it. Nice location, short cab ride to town. Safe. Pool was nice. Decent snorkeling right out front. Comfortable for our family of four. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Great vacation!

Summary: We stayed with our two adult children recently in March. The condo was well appointed with new patio furniture in the unit. Wifi worked well but slow at times when streaming movies and Netflix. The pool area is outstanding with well kept patio area and diving platform into the sea. We frequently saw groundskeepers working to sweep, organize the pool deck and pool. I would recommend this complex to anyone and will likely return in the near future.

Summary: It was our 3rd time in Cozumel but first time staying on the north end of the island, and first time in this property. It definitely met expectations, with a gorgeous view, and clean, well laid-out spaces. The kitchen was well-furnished and the common area pool and snorkeling area was very pleasant. The property management here is especially noteworthy. The check-in instructions were thorough and clear, and the PM was extremely responsive. We reported a minor maintenance issue and the full-time maintenance person was able to resolve it the same morning. Tip: consider renting bikes! It's a ~30-40 min. walk to downtown (not unpleasant, but it can be hot, and you may not want to spend hours of your vacation walking up and down the main street). Taxis back and forth from the centro can add up (about $5 USD each way) and you can also spend some time waiting for them, especially during slow season. We rented bikes for about $15/person/day (from Best Bikes Cozumel) and loved being able to get around at our own pace, while getting a bit of exercise. This property has a convenient bike stand in a secure maintenance/ trash room that we used during our stay.

Summary: The Miramar condo was quiet and public areas was always clean. If we had any problems, they were corrected immediately. There was always a parking space available. The air-conditioning in the unit was excellent. We found snorkeling from Miramar towards the north for 0.4 mile track was better then the southern area of Cozumel. Grocery stores were easy to find.
