Positive: Staff were very accomodating and helpful in giving us additional information for our trip. Staff were all very friendly and room was clean with a welcoming setup. Breakfast was delicious and the pool/beach were nice place to come to every evening during our stay. This stay exceeded our expectations.

Positive: The beach in front of this hotel is amazing. Crystal clear water and white sand. Relatively gentle water (easy to float in). The staff is very friendly. The hotel is very easy to find and is close to the airport and to the city center via taxi/rental car. Itโ€™s a very quiet area with no nightlife nearby so no need to worry about noise keeping you up at night. Excellent value for the price.
Negative: The hotel is clean, but itโ€™s getting a bit old and could benefit from a remodel. For example, the tiles were very stained in the shower. Although it is cosmetic, itโ€™s definitely noticeable. The beds are not bad, but also not great. The breakfast was fine, but nothing to write home about. There is a Westin next door with a very similar beach. If you want something a little more upgraded Iโ€™d recommend the Westin.

Negative: Beds were saggy. We had to change rooms due to โ€œbroke backโ€ beds. Balcony dirty/plants dead in planter. The beach chairs were not cleaned. The pool was green most of the time. We have stayed there before and it seems that the property is suffering a bit in upkeep. However, we still love the location and staff are nice.

Positive: Staff was friendly! Great little beach access and palapas to sit under! Breakfast was great and so was the on sight restaurant- typical Mexican/American fair.
Negative: Iโ€™m not sure why this is, but Iโ€™ve been coming to Cozumel for 21 years, annually. Iโ€™ve never had a bed that wasnโ€™t hard as a rock, like no give, none! Almost like sleeping on plywood with a thin topper. I wake up sore and achy every morning. Iโ€™ve stayed in rental house and probably 6 or 7 different hotels on the island and this is a problem every year. Something Iโ€™m use to now, but Iโ€™ve always wondered why. So, just be prepared.
