As you enter you will be greeted by light, sunny airy spaces. Drop your bags cause you are about to explore a very special and unique penthouse. Split over two levels you are greeted with well-appointed spacious living areas, high quality kitchen, relaxed informal dining, quality bedrooms and bathrooms and breath-taking views from everywhere you look. Large glass doors opening up on to balconies on both levels where you will truly feel like you are on top of the world. Soak up the stunning expansive New Plymouth coastal views, mixed with the city buzz vibe. This penthouse is truly in a class of its own.
Added extras include one standard secure carpark - not suitable for long or wide cars, an in house gym for your morning workout, Sky TV and unlimited Wifi, the list goes on. I couldnt think of a better place to base yourself while you experience everything New Plymouth has to offer. Please note: This apartment is right in the CBD so guests may experience some noise on weekends.
The sleeping layout of this property consists of Master 1 x Queen Bed Bedroom 2 - 1 x Queen Bed Bedroom 3 1 x Queen Bed 1 x Single Bed Lounge 1 x Double Sofa Bed Landing Upstairs - 1 x Sofa Bed
Please note the cleaning fee: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.
All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.

The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren't supplied.

The only thing I would suggest for a property in this price bracket would be to provide a Nespresso capsule coffee maker (notwithstanding the great coffee available across the road) and that the Toilet paper could be upgraded.
