Summary: Perfect location. Beautiful property. Only critique is a few light bulbs were burned out in master bathroom & made it hard to get ready & the master bed only had a flat sheet on top of mattress pad. No fitted sheet & 2 of the stairs are a little loose. Overall a great vacation!

Summary: Located less that a 5 minute walk from Bourbon and Canal. The place was nice, well decorated, and comfortable. Everyone seemed to enjoy the quality of the beds as well. One of the best mattresses we have had in a rental property. You do get a little of that smoke from the cigar bar next door but it’s nothing too bad. We have no smokers in the group and no one seemed to mind. Really enjoyed the stay and the property. Only other feedback I would have is we would have liked some more clear checkout instructions. We did our best to make sure it was reasonably clean but we’re kind of guessing. However, I have not heard of any issues from the property management so not a huge deal. We were also told it wouldn’t be an issue to check in a little early but when we arrived we were informed that the guests ahead of us unexpectedly extended their trip and we had to wait. This is completely understandable but a heads up would have been nice. I will say they did clean quickly and get us in a little earlier than the 4:00pm checkin still so that was very nice. A secure place to leave our bags while we waited would have been a nice amenity though.

Summary: Awesome apartment in the heart of the French Quarters. Close walk to many restaurants and shopping. The property manager was available to answer all questions.. we look forward to staying here again.
