Positive: Absolutely exceptional location- able to walk to Bourbon st, fairgrounds, French quarter, etc. Way easy to check in n out with key codes. Everything you needed amenities wise (kitchen, washer, dryer, tub, table). Great little patio to enjoy the fresh air. Very responsive and helpful host!
Negative: The ac was acting up a bit. Host's response was prompt, but the system seemed off the rest of the trip. I'm sure they'll address it 😊

Positive: This was a lovely place to stay and the host, Kim, was very helpful and at hand to answer any questions any time. The apartment is quiet with a big enough kitchen and dining area and a small yard to sit. Kitchen is fully equipped with complimentary coffee and snacks. There is a spacious wardrobe and TV with Netflix. I particularly liked the washing/dryer machine as I stayed for almost two weeks! The apartment is located in a busy road which is not particularly interesting to walk but it is in the middle of two lovely neighborhoods, Treme and St John Bayou which are worth a stroll around. I thought it was the right distance from the busy French Quarter and the Treme and St Johns Bayou areas. It is also close to Lafitte greenway that is nice to walk to get to the centre. By bike the FQ is only 8min away and there is a dedicated cycle lane. I didn't use a car but the bus connections to the apartment were very good, and buses are super quick.
Negative: The bed mattress was quite soft and I have lower back issues so this was slightly uncomfortable. I would also have liked a permanent light at the yard as I wanted to sit outside late in the evening a couple of times - although I do acknowledge that there may have been one that I didn't find and didn't ask! There is a motion detector light that goes off once you sit down.

Positive: Great space! Lovely and very responsive host. Fabulous vegan restaurant 1.5 blocks away.
Negative: Located on a busy street. Noisy at times.

Positive: Me and my friend like the host, very nice, she's anwser really quick to our questions and she give us very good advice for our travel in New Orleans.
Negative: The only thing wich can be better is the location, is a little too far from the center to move by walk, but it's okay we use bikes in like 10 minutes we ar in the French Quarter.
