1 Bedroom Apartment in French Quarter, New Orleans

We are STEPS FROM BOURBON ST situated in a very safe building with locked entry. Spacious apartment, Nola themed décor, fully outfitted, just bring groceries and beverages! COMFORTABLY sleeps (4) adults: king bed; queen sofa bed. Will accommodate (5) if you use the twin daybed.
THE APARTMENT HAS EVERYTHING you'll need for your stay: the usual appliances; dining area w/ seating for 6; living room with a queen size sofa bed, flat screen TV; bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV; high speed wireless internet access provided.
KITCHEN INCLUDES: dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, Keurig and a water cooler! We have an electric can opener, blender and a toaster as well. And a pizza pan!
IMPORTANT POLICIES - PLEASE REVIEW:
Our home and BUILDING is a NON-SMOKING/NON-VAPING/NO PARTIES or GATHERINGS/NO PETS property; you may smoke/vape on the 4th floor/rooftop area. Violators will be asked to leave immediately.
As this is our home the above mentioned are NON-NEGOTIABLE. We also have a CAPACITY LIMIT of 5 guests (if you're 6th is under 18, ask us). Offenders will be asked to leave immediately, without refund, and may result in an additional cleaning fee.
By requesting to book you are confirming you understand and will honor our policies - and we thank you!
WE RECOMMEND purchasing TRAVELER'S INSURANCE if you visit Nola during hurricane season. Vrbo will not cover you. We only provide a refund if there's a mandatory evacuation. Traveler's insurance covers the rest.
LOCATION:
You'll find we are within walking distance to world-renowned restaurants, parade routes, Bourbon St Jackson Square, the French Market, the river front - and 2 blocks over from the streetcar lines.
In addition we are a short cab ride (or longer walk) to The Arena, The Convention Center and Caesar's Dome - although most folks choose to walk to the 'Super Dome' for games.
OUR GUESTS frequently stop back home during the day due to our central location, providing a convenient respite before heading back out!
HAVE A CAR?
We have parking available. Our fee is approx. $10-12/day, please ask me for details. The garage is next door, staffed 24/7, well lit. PLEASE NOTE: (1) vehicle, max 7'-0" entrance height, no duallys or oversized vehicles. You'll self-park, have unlimited in and out in any non-reserved legal space, level 3 or higher.

Summary: Location was great, French Quarter and Bourbon Street steps away from front door. Complex was clean and safe. Rental had all things you could need at stay, filtered water, laundry on site, gym/pool, fridge and other kitchen items available to use. Was great!! Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in French Quarter and close to Royal and Bourbon Streets.

Summary: We stayed at this lovely apartment for my husband's birthday, and long weekend in New Orleans. The communiction with the property manager was above and beyond. She was extremely helpful with the booking through our departure. The apartment is lovely and beautifully decorated with a New Orleans theme. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was quiet, even though the close proximity to Bourbon Street. Everything is walkable or a quick Uber ride. We have never stayed at a VRBO that was so well equipped. Typically the owners start guest out with a limited supply of essentials. This rental was stocked with little need to get items at the store. We highly recommend this property to those who will care for it and respect the neighbors who reside in the building.

Summary: This was a great place to stay - walking distance to most everything we wanted to see/do in the French Quarter. Very clean and Michelle was very responsive to all our questions. A very minor down side is just how close it is to Bourbon Street. If you are into the night life scene, this is a perfect place to stay. We could faintly hear all the craziness that is Bourbon Street in the evenings. However, ear plugs worked great! Would definitely consider staying here again!

Summary: Staying in the heart of the French Quarter is a must. Easy, walkable activities with access to the streetcars very nearby this rental. You can park for your whole visit and not need your car!. March weather was fantastic over our short Spring Break trip. No flies or mosquitos. Such a charming city. The beds were comfy, and the apartment had all the amenities we needed.
