Summary: We love this resort, it has great service, a perfect location and we always enjoy our time here. Even the Tsunami shelter in place couldn’t ruin our trip here.

Summary: Good hotel in a nice location. It would be better if they had the voyager 47 club. Also, the self parking for USD30 without insurance or responsibility for the parking lot seemed a bit strechy

Summary: The outrigger is an amazing place to stay . And if you are looking to get married on the beach . This is the perfect place to do so .

Summary: Great location with pool and beach. The grounds were beautiful! Excellent food too. The resort rooms need to be redone. We were in a “premium room” but they are very tired looking and bathrooms need updating. The beds were broken down. Need new mattresses desperately. And two beds are double - not queen. On the grounds- 1/2 the string lights are lit up- 1/2 the tiki torches are lit at night. They have 7-8 umbrellas at the pool for the entire resort. Guests would put towels out at 6am and save their spot and come out in the afternoon. Overall- a good place.

Summary: OUTRIGGER Kauaʻi Beach Resort & Spa treats the Hotels.com and Expedia customers badly compared to those who booked through the OUTRIGGER directly. We booked for an Oceanview room but what we were given was a room overlooking the rooftop of the lower-level hotel rooms and the ocean was visible from far distance. When we asked this is not what the Oceanview, they replied “the Oceanview rooms are booked now” and another person behind the counter said “Well, you booked through the Expedia.” Another mistreatment was that, they did not offer to us the discount coupons for the Concierge entertainments but other guests received these coupons.

Summary: The stay was good. The fees for parking with resort fees were expensive and we were unaware of them at booking. Check in time would be more convenient at 2-3pm with families that have children. 4 is so late and hard after traveling all day to arrive in Kauai
