Summary: Everything was clean but there was several construction projects going on and they had the entrance all boarded up which made it a challenge to get around.

Summary: We had a beautiful time at this resort! The pools are absolutely amazing. We loved the easy access to the beach. The view from our room was breathtaking and peaceful. I really appreciated how the staff would come in every day and give us new towels and clean up the sand in the bathroom and on the floors. No matter how careful we were there was still sand everywhere and this service really helped us manage it. The bell staff/ valet staff at the front were SO WELCOMING. We werent even valeting and they greeted us everytime and got to know us. The only complaint I have is that the beds were so small. They were full beds. Queen beds would have been much more comfortable for a family of 4. The beds also easily rolled and was hard to keep them in place. Overall this was a great experience and we would stay here again without thinking twice!

Summary: The hotel was very understaffed leading to poor quality service, slow service . Amenities being closed when advertised open . The main restaurant isn’t even open all week . The food was subpar . Extremely expensive food that wasn’t good . Waited forever for orders and food . The hotel needs some upgrading at the pool and more of an upbeat atmosphere

Summary: The additional fees, resort fees, parking fee even though we have a handicap placard. We still need to pay parking fee. Our room key didnt work multiple times which was very inconvenient. I tried to book breakfast in their restaurant but it said full so I just ordered to go. When I picked up the food, the restaurant had a lot of empty tables. We should have been reimbursed for 1night when we had to be evacuated due to the tsunami warning since we came back to the room after midnight. Im sorry but cant say anything good about the hotel, hlusekeepers always tell us that they cant clean the room coz they had to go home at 4pm?? The island was perfect, we had fun swimming in the beach.

Summary: We love this resort, it has great service, a perfect location and we always enjoy our time here. Even the Tsunami shelter in place couldn’t ruin our trip here.
