This fully-functional, one-bedroom two-bath villa, has been recently updated to accommodate all your needs. A comfortable Murphy bed allows two extra guests to sleep comfortably while having access to their own private bathroom.
The spacious lanai with a stunning view of the lagoon is just the place you will want to enjoy your coffee in the morning and Mai Tai in the evening. The beach is but a few minutes walk and the conveniently located barbecues are situated throughout the park-like grounds.
Located adjacent to the Villas is the lush Kauai Beach Resort which allows our guests unrestricted use of the beautiful pools and hot tubs along with the food and drink venues. Tennis courts are also available to our guests.

Summary: Very central location, just a few miles north of the airport. Great communication. 1980s (?) property. We thought we wouldn't miss any air conditioning in the living area, but we did, and this was January. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds.

Summary: Our stay at this condo, hosted by Robert, was absolutely magical from the moment we first stepped inside last year, and then again this year!!! The condo itself is beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable - and fully equipped! Robert is an exceptional host - incredibly responsive to our needs, and goes way above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Kauai is a breathtaking island, and this condo has served us as the perfect base for our adventures. Thank you, Robert, for sharing your beautiful paradise- out home away from home for always! Summary: 3rd floor unit with great view of pool and pond. Unit very clean and well appointed. Bed and Murphy bed very comfortable with a/c in bedroom and fans for living area. Enjoyed the lanai in AM and evening, condo pool during day. Beach for sunrise and resort pool and tiki bar as well. Great location to access from Kapaa to Waimea Canyon before we headed to Princeville .Communication with owner and manager quick and responsive!. Close to Walmart, Costco and grocery stores to stock up!!
