Positive: I really liked that everything was well supplied in the unit. Dishes, soap, towels, everything. It really made me feel at home. I also loved the fact that there were 2 bathrooms. It made getting ready in the morning seamless. No rushing someone out of the bathroom. That was really a plus. I really enjoyed my stay.
Negative: I was surprised that it was a walk up and there was no other way to get to the top floor. It was a little difficult for my husband who has a injured leg.
Summary: It was a wonderful respite. I felt right at home.

Positive: Location to beach was good, very clean unit. Vacasa was very attentive in text communication.
Negative: Dated kitchen. Light fixtures. Drapes. Unclean windows in master. Very uncomfortable master bed, sheets, and all chair furniture. Patio furniture looks nice but inexpensive unit is noticeably uncomfortable. Drapes did not cover windows well. Felt like a lot of $$ per night for the product we received.
Summary: Clean, but the dollar amount paid per night did not seem to justify the lack of updates to the unit,
