Positive: The unit was exactly as shown. It came well equipped for a long stay including all the kitchen items we needed to prep meals so we could eat in. Liked having an on suite washer/dryer. It also came with beach chairs, pool towels and umbrellas for the sun and rain. Oh and it also had games and movies to entertain us when we had to stay in during the storm.
Negative: It sounds weird but the low quality single ply toilet paper. The air conditioner noise just outside the single pain sliding door next to the main bedroom made it a little difficult to fall asleep because of the whirring noise. The main king bed was a little hard for a long term stay.
Summary: Beautiful updated 2 bed, 2 bath fully equipped unit for a long term stay in a perfect location to everything in Kauai!

Positive: Centrally located and next to the beach
Negative: It has seen better days. Other than our villa, the resort has been run down over the years. Rusted fixtures through out property, such as balconies, columns in the restaurant, pool slide, pool showers, torn pool umbrellas, and pool lounges need cleaning just to state a few. Furthermore the pool tile needs serious cleaning The property could be so much more with a little TLC
