The space
Ground Floor - Features 1 double bedroom with ensuite shower.
1st Floor - Feature living room, kitchen diner and a toilet.
2nd Floor feature double bedroom with ensuite shower, 1 single bed room, another bedroom with 2 single beds and a family bathroom.
Outside - Private driveway to the front and a private patio/lawn to the rear.
