These modern beach tiny homes are fully equipped to ensure you have a comfortable stay in New Plymouth. Spend your day surfing and swimming and then relax in total comfort.
Beautifully appointed modern beach vibe, each unit has a king sized bed and fully equipped compact kitchen.
These tiny homes have AirCon heating and cooling, smart tv and dining tables that double as a workstation with USB charging.
Each cabin has its own decked area to enjoy the sun with seating and bean bags to make the most of the space. The perfect place to base yourself while you explore everything our beautiful Region has to offer.
Each cabin is fully self contained with your own deck area but there is also a common BBQ area and guest laundry.

Please note the cleaning fee: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.
All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.
Other Details:
The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren't supplied.

Summary: Great place overall. Comfortable beds.The spare room is set up for children and is hot and noisy (can hear everything from the tv lounge in the adjoining unit). We had to ask for a fan for the spare room. The spare room also has a lot of light pollution.

Summary: The bach was great 3 minutes walk to the beach. Dune 3 and 4 are connected by a locked door but there is no sound proofing so you can hear everything they say in the next room.

Summary: Comfortable nice stay, great location, rating overall 3 as given impression on booking to be very clean and to leave it so, or charged $ for it. Found Lounge chairs were stained or not cleaned so used bed cover to sit on it. Lifted the cushioning, bits of rubbish left, not cleaned, also under couch grubby, the 2 small cream cushions were also grubby. Dirty marks on toilet door, marks on walls in dinning area and bedroom.. No toilet cleaner supplied if needed, no broom to sweep , no allocated place to leave linen as specified on departure.. Couple of plates and a glass had to be washed before use.. so to that 3stars.. otherwise 4 1/2 stars..

Quiet location in spring, but only a short drive into New Plymouth and easy access to main roads for attractions further afield. House was very well appointed and had everything we needed as a family of four for a whole week. Would highly recommend to others wanting a comfortable stay in a beautiful location.
