Summary: We had a nice stay overall. It’s a nice house in a good area, very close to Garden of the Gods and downtown. The outdoor space is fantastic for hanging out and seeing wildlife. The biggest hiccup was with check-in, as there was no indication in the trip manager that we needed to go to the unnumbered driveway rather than the one with the large house number. We had one issue that was resolved quickly and did not impact our plans at all. Management was very responsive.

Summary: Alot of stuff needs replaced. Mattress was trash. Video game didnt work. Noone would get bk to us..yard was beautifully manicured

Summary: Spacious and clean. Our group of 8 had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked. The landscaping is beautiful and the home looks just as described in the listing. Beware this is Colorado and there are bears, even in the city. We saw a mama bear and her cub on two nights of our stay. One of the trash can bungees would not fasten correctly and the bears got in the trash. After that we did not really enjoy using the hot tub or sitting on the patio, especially at night. Overall this was a clean, beautiful home and we enjoyed our time there. The arcade/video game was not intuitive to figure out. Our kids never played it.

Summary: The game room in this house was a great area for the whole family to hang out in the evening. The scenery from the living room was also amazing. Location was also perfect. Close enough to everything, but still quiet enough.

Summary: Great location to many tourist things. We had a Miller moth issue and when we entered house 100s of them were in house. We called and within hour someone was there helping to get them out. Unfortunately our entire stay we had moths in the house. There was no fly swatted or broom that we could locate. The kitchen well stocked but had no dish rag. The house did seem like none had stayed there for a few months and bedrooms were dusty but overall ok. Great patio area and hot tub. We did have to put all cushions on the furniture that would have been nice to have been done. Otherwise we enjoyed all the space the house had to offer.

Summary: The house was clean, beautiful, and provided plenty of room and activity for everyone in the family. We had a great time in the snow, which was beautiful. The hot tub was so clean and so hot! The kitchen had everything we needed. The play room downstairs provided great activities and bonding. The house had everything to have a comfortable and fun stay for grandma down to the kids. The only thing we couldnt locate in the house was a broom and dust pan and an iron, but it didnt affect our stay at all.

Summary: The house and yard space were great! The basement smells of smoke and the the lower bedroom musty. I have a allergic response to smoke so I’m likely more sensitive. Loved the creek, beds were comfy and location distance to activities.

Summary: We loved the mid century home and the large property while seeing deer, rabbits and squirrels to watch through the large windows. Close to several towns making the location perfect for what we wanted to do. The virtual walk thru the house on the Vacasa app helped me decide to rent this home. It was a great layout for me to have my own private space on the bottom level in the 4th bedroom and my grandson to have his own large tv for gaming in the well appointed basement. Kitchen had everything we needed and the living room had a chair for everyone as well. Bonus that 2 recliners massaged and heated up. The beds were very comfortable. Sadly we didn’t try the hot tub. I would stay here again next time as well.
