Guests will have private access to the entire garden level suite. To ensure guest privacy, stairs to the main house are locked off from the guest side with a hotel style lock. The patio and backyard area are mostly private, but guests may occasionally see a groundskeeper or neighbor.
The Neighborhood:
Broadmoor Bluffs is conveniently located near the I-25, Cheyenne Mtn Zoo, Broadmoor Hotel, Seven Falls, Fort Carson, and many other attractions. The neighborhood is mature and quiet, and frequented by deer and other wildlife including bears. Please do not leave food outside.
Getting Around:
Guests will want to drive or rent a car.

+ Sleep in peace on our super soft linens which were laundered in a professional facility to ensure the highest possible amount of viruses and bacteria are utterly destroyed.
+ We reserve the right to collect ID directly from our guests before allowing access to the property. This is in addition to identification you may be asked to provide to the booking platform.
+ No smoking anywhere on the property, including outside.
+ The suite does not have a dedicated thermostat but we're happy to accommodate changes upon request. The suite stays very cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Your comfort is important to us!

Summary: This has been one of our favorite trips and the backyard was incredible. Most nights we had deer come within about 5-10 feet from us while we sat in the hot tub!

Summary: We enjoyed our three night stay! There are two spacious bedrooms, a good size living room and a wonderful outdoor space. The property is an excellent distance from local amenities and major attractions. We did mention to the owner that the bathroom smelt weird and that there wasn’t a great deal of crockery. But neither of these were deal breakers for us. The lack of kitchen was a little inconvenient but fine for a few days and we were aware of this when we booked. All in all, a great spot for a few days. I would recommend a visit!

Summary: I rented a place with A hot tub because we really wanted a good working hot tub. When I brought it to the attention of the owner that the Jets were not working, she only said well it’s old. We also didn’t like having to clean our cups before we could use them. They were dirty. We also brought this up to the owner and nothing was done about it. They only said well that’s not something you want to have to do upon arrival. I have learned A lesson with this rental.

Summary: Property is just like the pictures and exactly as described. we stayed here in December, so for that hot tub time we were able to see the snow all around us. we enjoyed seeing the deer and wild turkeys in the neighborhood as well. this property is on the mountain so of course thats a plus, and is about a 20 minute drive to the Garden of the Gods, short drive to the Helen hunt falls, pikes peak and other things. the owners were quick to respond and even let us know beforehand that they were going to clean the hot tub. Overall great stay

Summary: Great location and backyard. Deer greeted us as we arrived to the house. Very peaceful. House very clean and spacious. Hot tub amazing. Only complaint is pillows and blankets on couch a little too worn for my taste.

Summary: Neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet. We saw deer wandering the yards in the area every night of our stay. The accomodations are clean and spacious. Bathroom and bedrooms are nicely separated so noise from early risers don't disturb those who sleep in. We enjoyed our stay.
