Negative: Parking not included, found a bug in the bed upon arrival, living room area too small, bodily fluids (sex) dried on the couch when a black light was used, never saw staff the 5 days we were there.

Negative: The only issue I had was that there were 6 guest and we only received 4 towels. Didnt notice until the evening when we all wanted to take showers. I did contact management and they did bring the 2 towels the next day.

Negative: Keypad entry was temperamental. The distressed look was actually not finishing the interior because it saved money. One wall only would have looked good.

Positive: Location was perfect on the outskirts of the French Quarter, but not that safe to walk around at night. Rats were spotted in an open location opposite the apartments. Good sized apartment with every facility needed, including two bathrooms. Fabulous air conditioning. Great little bar down below. Fun decoration, good TV and kitchen well appointed. We would stay there again.
Negative: Security wasn't great. The main entry door was open to all for a couple of days and there was a table of young people that came up from the bar that clearly were not staying there. At a time when 10 people had escaped from the local prison, this wasn't great. We were going to report it, but before we did, it got fixed. We couldn't understand why the entry code was the same as our room. The security coding was finally fixed on the entry door, but the area is so badly lit that people struggled to put in the code. I didn't like the fact that I had no windows in my room The bed base was dangerous in that it had metal legs and was dark with the mattress inside it. My friend hurt her toe on it badly and it affected her stay in NOLA. I did it on the last day on my big toe, but thankfully not too painful. It was impossible to see the leg as the base obscured it. The water pressure in the kitchen and main bathroom was very poor. The shower was ok, but was inside a bath with no handles to assist exit and I nearly fell one day when climbing out. Poor range of toiletries.
