We are STEPS FROM BOURBON ST., situated in a very safe building with locked entry. We offer CUSTOMIZABLE DATES and RATES w/a LIMITED-TIME SPECIAL: BOOK 4 NIGHTS and PAY FOR 3 (excludes Festivals/Special Events). MSG US FOR DETAILS to tailor your travel plans!
Spacious apartment, Nola themed décor, fully outfitted, just bring groceries and beverages! COMFORTABLY sleeps (4) adults: king bed; queen sofa bed. Will accommodate (5) if you use the twin daybed.
THE APARTMENT HAS EVERYTHING you'll need for your stay: the usual appliances; dining area w/ seating for 6; living room with a queen size sofa bed, flat screen TV; bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV; high speed wireless internet access provided.
KITCHEN INCLUDES: dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, Keurig and a water cooler! We have an electric can opener, blender and a toaster as well. And a pizza pan!
IMPORTANT POLICIES - PLEASE REVIEW:
Our home and BUILDING is a NON-SMOKING/NON-VAPING/NO PARTIES or GATHERINGS/NO PETS property; you may smoke/vape on the 4th floor/rooftop area. Violators will be asked to leave immediately.
As this is our home the above mentioned are NON-NEGOTIABLE. We also have a CAPACITY LIMIT of 5 guests (if you're 6th is under 18, ask us). Offenders will be asked to leave immediately, without refund, and may result in an additional cleaning fee.
By requesting to book you are confirming you understand and will honor our policies - and we thank you!
WE RECOMMEND purchasing TRAVELER'S INSURANCE if you visit Nola during hurricane season. Vrbo will not cover you. We only provide a refund if there's a mandatory evacuation. Traveler's insurance covers the rest.
LOCATION:
You'll find we are within walking distance to world-renowned restaurants, parade routes, Bourbon St., Jackson Square, the French Market, the river front - and 2 blocks over from the streetcar lines.
In addition we are a short cab ride (or longer walk) to The Arena, The Convention Center and Caesar's Dome - although most folks choose to walk to the 'Super Dome' for games.
OUR GUESTS frequently stop back home during the day due to our central location, providing a convenient respite before heading back out!
HAVE A CAR?
We have parking available. Our fee is approx. $10-12/day, please ask me for details. The garage is next door, staffed 24/7, well lit. PLEASE NOTE: (1) vehicle, max 7'-0" entrance height, no duallys or oversized vehicles. You'll self-park, have unlimited in and out in any non-reserved legal space, level 3 or higher.

Summary: Super cute, clean and functional as well. Location was perfect.! Easy walk to Bourbon Street, French Market and streetcar, but far enough to not hear all the noise. Lastly, our host was amazing and communicated with us from booking to checkout!

Summary: Family with 2 teen girls- very secure area and building. Everything from outside building, atrium, apt all well maintained. Apt is very comfortable, NOLA decor, great books. We walked everywhere, centrally located in the Quarter - even walked to Commander's Palace restaurant (2 miles each way). Michelle is very responsive &,helpful. Wonderful stay!

Summary: This adorable clean and well maintained apartment was the perfect place for our family to stay before our cruise. It was in the heart of the French quarter so we were able to ‘land’ with our stuff and walk everywhere. The apartment was adorable in its decor and unique in its setup. We actually cannot wait to go back as it was absolutely perfect. Communication with the host was above and beyond. You will not regret staying at this adorable apartment.

Summary: This was a perfect location for Burbon street and easy access to all the local tourist sites. Michelle was an awesome host. Very reponsive and extremely helpful and accomodating.
