Positive: The ease of being so close to the Amtrak and the kindness of the employees. It was such a homey stay for us. We’re just small town country folks who had ease of travel and stay because of the kindness of the people working there, such sweet girls

Positive: Clean and tidy, affordable for mardi gras.

Negative: The breakfast wasn't what I expected, quite basic, but it wasn't a big problem, good if in a rush or on the go, I was happy with unlimited coffee throughout the day. The music was very loud on arrival, the lobby was buzzing and staff were really nice but I had to keep asking them to repeat themselves as I couldn't hear - It was the weekend before Mardi Gras so all in good spirits and it was a nice vibe here. The room was nice with a bed thats comfortable and i felt safe. Overall, this is a good place to stay. It has buzzy hostel vibes but with super clean private rooms. It was affordable and well worth the money.

Positive: The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The room was amazing and very clean. The location was great for walking and exploring the city of New Orleans. Nice restaurants. Wonderful places to eat. Streetcar passing by, wonderful location.

Negative: No refrigerator or microwave in the room. No private parking. I had to park on the street, although there were no casualties. What could have been an overall wonderful experience was ruined by people who were above me that behaved very badly. Loud talking, profanity at one point. Constant walking and things falling on the floor. The last night I was here it's 3:30 am and these people are constantly walking and talking. It seems they never sleep. I complained the previous night and one of the staff did go up to their room. I was told they didn't answer the door and that was that. I doubt if I ever come here again.
