Positive: The location and accomodation were excellent. Very clean inside and had all the amenities one needs. Beds comfortable and on a quiet road so peaceful at night.

Negative: Only a minor complaint but outside the accomodation needs a bit of TLC as weeds and dead plants not attractive. Perhaps a cover for the garden furniture would be good to keep them clean.

Positive: Lots of space. Clean and modern. Location was perfect and space to park 3/4 cars. Great value for a big group. Lovely outdoor area which would be great in the summer

Negative: Only downside was no curtains in any of the rooms and deposit took 5 days to be returned

Positive: This place was an absolutely brilliant location for a chilled few days in Newcastle with the family. Plenty of space, and the rooms/bathroom were just as the photographs show.

Negative: Not many dislikes, some things just personal preference, such as no curtains in any of the rooms, nothing to say where to leave towels on leaving etc.
