Summary: After dinner, we went to the downstairs lobby, my husband who is a concert pianist began to play, a woman from the concierge desk came over and told my husband to stop playing.. it was quite shocking… I suggest that you put a lock or sign on the piano.. I think we’ll go back to the Ritz Carlton… we certainly are not welcomed thenjoy..
