Summary: We went to TRS for a girls' trip and were impressed with the property. The lobby/main building is beautiful, and check-in went smoothly. We stayed in Villa 69, directly across from the smaller, more chill pool. We had jacuzzi poolside suites that were very spacious and clean. There are a lot of mirrors and areas to get ready and store your clothes and toiletries. Robes and slippers. The e-butlers were great in helping us with reservations, drinks for the room, cart service throughout the property, etc. The food at the restaurants was a bit hit or miss for us. We especially liked the food at Capricho and La Boheme. The Chic Caberet is fun but not as sexy as you imagine by the dancers before the show. The infinity pool was our favorite. We were too scared to get into the saltwater one. We did the hydro experience at the spa, which was "ok". Drinks were ever-flowing and not watered down. Room service late at night was terrible and took 2 hours for delivery. Our other hiccup was that the bellman didn't pick me up with my daughters as arranged, which caused a delay, stress, and a rushed breakfast before our transport arrived. This is an excellent place for a more relaxing and quiet vacation. If you want a nightclub and a crazy pool-side party vibe, you will end up at their sister Colonial property for a swim-up bar and live music. Shout out to Belen, Hugo, Alejandro and Nestor.

Summary: The best indicator of whether a resort was good is by saying youd be back. I would love to come to this resort. Our room had a jacuzzi on the patio. We did not go to the beach area but rather really enjoyed the salt water pool. We had no problems finding lounge chairs by any of the pools. The food was quite good. The service exeptional! They do go above and beyond for their clients. The ebutlers were great! We were able message them and get our questions answered quickly. We had no issues booking restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

Summary: The butler service was amazing. They were very knowledgeable, helpful and always happy to see you. Getting around the property was easy. They have golf carts driving around all over and would take you anywhere you wanted to go. This was an included service. All of the staff we had interactions with were friendly, prompt and helpful. The Zentropia spa was incredible. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone thinking about going.
