Summary: Everything was okay until elevators stopped working and took about 2 hours to get fixed. The lady with Bantu knots didn’t let us know anything it was the cooks that let us know the service elevator was down as well. The service elevator is kitchen of restaurant. Yuck! As we are waiting in the lobby she didn’t let us know that elevators were back working. The other guest in the hotel let us know. The lady that worked in morning to about noon was extremely nice. I wish I got her name. The man was not friendly at all or the lady with the Bantu knot . We wanted to take a dip in the pool but was stopped by security and was informed about needing white wrist bands. I don’t know why we wasn’t informed about this when we arrived. Our room was clean and roomy. The location of hotel is about 15-20 min drive which isn’t bad at all.

Summary: The customer service provided by Sandra, Sky, Eric and some others made my stay all the worth while. A wonderful view and peace and quiet at your control. I will definitely be coming back again.
