The management staff could not have been nicer, nor more responsive. Took advantage of multiple restaurants within walking distance for breakfast, lunch, dinner & drinks, took long walks on the boardwalk daily, enjoyed sunrise from the balcony, hung out on the beach & even enjoyed eating in because the view is so gorgeous. Hated to leave & would definitely stay here again!

Summary: My family and I had a wonderful stay here! The unit was clean, and we loved that when we got there, all the linens were plastic wrapped, so we know they were washed professionally. We enjoyed watching the dolphins every morning from our room. It was just so convenient to go to the beach, use one of the multiple outdoor showers to rinse off and then take a dip in the pool. We loved our stay there!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 5 recently stayed in this condo at Edgewater. Per the description, the condo was nicely updated. The kitchen was fully equipped with all gadgets/utensils, etc., comfortable beds, and overall very clean. Most basic cleaning supplies were already at the condo as well as beach toys and 2 beach chairs even though we brought our own of all the above. The location is perfect. It is located at the north end of the boardwalk that seems less busy and the beach was not as crowded as other areas. Perfect walking distance to great restaurants (we’re still talking about how great Las Palmas was!) as well as quick dining options and just minutes from groceries stores and Target. The building as a whole was also very nice. Helpful building attendants in the lobby, a private outdoor shower, and a nice pool area. Beach access from the boardwalk is directly out front of the building which is very nice for any families carrying toys, chairs, etc. Communication with the host was fairly easy as well as the check in and check out process.Overall, we were thrilled with our stay and will definitely book again for future summer vacations!

Summary: Great location, condo and grounds. Master bedroom was small, but had an on-suite bathroom and balcony access. Second bedroom was beyond spacious, even with 2 queen beds. Very spacious living and dining area.

Summary: We had a fabulous time! Weather was pretty good except for the last 24 hours with a tropical storm coming thru. That was a little scary. The condo was very clean and close to lots of restaurants and points of interest for us. We will be back!!

Summary: Location was amazing-right where we like to stay. The Master bed was pretty beat up-soft/lumpy-we stayed in the 2nd bedroom where the mattresses were much better. Even though the pool was streetside-it was secluded enough for us.
