Outside patio is furnished with set of sofas and chairs.
Kayaks, SUPs and snorkelling sets are available for our guests.
Sandy wind protected playground with children play set and volley/soccer court is now open exclusively for our guests!

Located on the most pristine and beautiful beach in Exumas, consisting of two wings single or two family house for up to 12 guests ( 10 adults+ 2 children) with private courtyard, pool, lounge and BBQ areas. The first floor of EACH wing contains 2 bedrooms each with bathroom en suite and direct access to the pool and courtyard along with an additional family room convertible to an extra 3rd bedroom.
Master suite has a king bed, guest master suite has a queen bed and the extra 3rd bedroom has a queen sized fold out sleeper sofa.
The 2nd floor of each wing consists of a complete modern kitchen, half bath and an expansive living and entertainment room with an 240 sf covered outdoor balcony overlooking the ocean.

Summary: While we enjoyed our stay for the most part...the location, beach, pool etc we were disappointed about other issues. The dishwasher and dryer in the West unit did not work, let management know and they had someone look at it the following day. Said it was fixed however the dryer did not work our entire stay. Luckily we had the East unit's to use. The WIFI worked arrival day and did not work the rest of the vacation. Let management know and was told they were waiting on a resolution from the owner. I guess there was no resolution, because it was never restored. We requested a midweek cleaning since the villa's description said it was included with a 5 plus day stay. The response from management was that it was not yet confirmed. It must have never been confirmed because we never received it either. We had to wash our own towels etc since no fresh ones were brought even after requesting them. The communication from Gabby was non existent, her assistant did all of the communicating, but that ended on Wednesday...did not hear from either of them since then. I addressed these issues with the owner while we were still there and he said he sent it onto Gabby and asked if I communicated the issues with her, which I had already done with no response. Management seemed to place the blame on the owner and the owner pushed it back onto management and none of the issues were resolved. I had reached out to the owner after departing and still have had no response.

Summary: The house was perfect for our group. Very nice and very clean. The host communicated well. The beach is great and less than a minute walk. I would definitely recommend

Summary: Great place for 4 couples. We stayed here for my 50th birthday. Beach is beautiful and we had it to ourselves. Property has some upkeep issues but not unexpected for beachfront island property that gets a lot of wear and tear. We never got to meet Gabby but the cleaning crew let us in as they were wrapping up when we arrived. Had a couple of issues that Gabby addressed. Overall great vacation!

Summary: We had a wonderful week in Exuma while staying at Casa Del Mar. The house is in a great location on the island and is a really cool layout for big groups- our family had a wonderful time! The owner is quick to respond and helpful while booking, once passed onto the property manager you may find the response time to be longer & extremely limited. She never did come to meet us at check in time, however she did accommodate us for an early check in which we very much appreciated! The property manager sent her assistant, Darron to welcome us, he was AMAZING- helped with all our questions and house needs. The house has several maintenance issues and items needing to be fixed- that we reported to Darron. The house is really cool and has great amenities & space, Exuma is an amazing island & we felt very safe at Casa Del Mar.

Summary: Casa del Mar is a picture perfect vacation paradise! We stayed in villas I and II and they did not disappoint. The sweeping views of the water, the beautiful pool area, and the home furnishings were just a few of the highlights. Darron was an incredible property manager. He took care of some small issues so promptly and allowed us to come in the house and change before it was technically ready for us. We will be returning for sure.

Summary: Very close to airport. Takes about 20 minutes to drive into Georgetown for groceries. The set up of the property was great for four couples. Having our own private pool and great ocean views from our balconies was a huge plus! The beach was very private and most of the time we had it to ourselves. Wish the beach chairs were in better shape only a few were usable. Plenty of beach towels available. No table games in either unit. We did bring cards and one game with us. There are frequent power surges. The flashlight in the unit needed new batteries. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen area. Had to call the property manager to bring a propane tank. You have to arrange in advance if you want to use the icemaker on the refrigerator. The air conditioner in one unit had to be attended to a few times. The ceiling fan in the upstairs of one unit missing a blade so fan could not be used. Would have been nice to use the fan when air conditioning not working. Some furniture pieces needed to be updated. One of the king beds headboard looked like a cat had scratched it all up. Safe was locked asked property manager few times to unlock for us. Never unlocked. Upon arrival floors were still dirty. There was a mop available. Just needs a little TLC. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. The beauty of the islands beaches outweighed everything else!
