Positive: It’s a brilliant property for a group and it’s perfectly located for getting into St Andrews, especially for golf (we played the Eden course one day and the farmhouse is visible from the course). The house has multiple rooms that can be used for socialising / relaxing in. It’s very spacious and well furnished.
Negative: There wasn’t anything that we were unhappy with, it was perfect for our group stay.

Positive: A beautiful, quiet property with great views. It's a short ride from St Andrews and plenty of room for a large group. We had 7 in our party with several empty beds.

Negative: A few small things might have made our stay better or information what/ wasn't included - such as big bags and more dishwaster tablets. Lastly, the listing wasn't clear that the 2 single beds were in the same room as the king or double bed
