Parkview has been completely renovated with new luxury furniture and all the latest high tech gadgets - superfast unlimited fibre broadband WIFI, 2 smart 4K ultra HD TV's with Netflix, Amazon Prime etc, Alexa voice activated music via Echo speaker - as well as all the necessities; washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, hairdryer.
The property has an open plan kitchen dining and living area with a contemporary fire providing the focal point and the south facing wall being framed with 3 double floor to ceiling sets of doors opening out to the park. The marble dining table and Dalton leather seating provides comfortable dining for 4 and 5 with a squeeze!
The living area is furnished with a blend of Arne Jacobsen inspired individual seating and modern leather sofas.
The property has 2 bedrooms: one with a kingsize bed and the other can be set up as twin or super kingsize. There are two deluxe bathrooms, one ensuite with a large shower while the second offers both shower or bath options. A comfortable fold out bed is available to provide sleeping for a fifth guest.
