Summary: It was really nice. I enjoyed the personal touches of sending texts throughout to check on us and if we needed assistance with anything. Mason checked us in and was very pleasurable to talk to. He was very insightful about the area. All staff we encountered had smiles and greeted us with kindness.

Summary: The staff was very help even though the hotel was sold out during Essence Festival. The breakfast was amazing.

Summary: The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was just a little small. Customer service at the front desk was excellent everybody was friendly and helpful. I had an issue with the refrigerator. But they sent maintenance to check it out and replaced it with another one. I enjoyed the happy hour breakfast was great.

Summary: Each year, for the convention I was there for, I prefer to stay at this location. I wish there was better parking options other than only valet but I park a couple blocks away and walk which may not be a good choice for some because it is New Orleans (iykyk). Aside from that, the breakfast was great, the room was perfect, and I had no issues during my stay.

Summary: They stay was okay. The rooms were very nice size. However the halls were a bit hot and had kind of an old smell. The pull out bed wasn’t that comfortable. Hotel was nice overall though.
