Positive: The location was fantastic and our balcony was big with a great view but my wife and I visited Lamai 10 years ago and stayed in this hotel but it was in another location ?? and was far superior and cleaner with breakfast and bar but this is the new hotel which has no breakfast options and no drink availability , very confusing . It states on their website spa and wellness and enjoy our restaurant , where ??? Photos also show the old hotel so it’s misleading and if you check the map location on booking .com it shows you the old hotel location which is where we thought we would be .
Negative: The dirty water that was coming through the shower,taps and toilet .Very unhygienic .
Summary: Great location with a fantastic beach but let down by very tired hotel.

Positive: The hotel has 2 double beds in one room- for a family of 4 this is all we need. Friendly staff, nice pool, everyday cleaning. Although the hotel takes payment at the property which is fine due to sanctions russian citizens experience.
Negative: The hotel is old: doors open with a sound, locks need renovation.

Positive: Very old and tired hotel without territory, but with a great location: a great beach, shops, restaurants nearby. Spacious family rooms, clean pool. Good value for money.
Negative: Rooms for guests are kept clean, but in some rooms there is a strong smell of damp and mold, which is into the furniture and possibly into the mattresses and the bathroom door. If it were not for this moment, I can say that I would go back there again.

Positive: this is my fourth time at this hotel since I first stayed at it. It has everything I need from great location to comfortable, clean and well serviced rooms. Good pool area with a covered chill out section. Well priced.
