Summary: It was my first time in New Orleans. I came for a girls trip with my best friend. We checked in with no problems and go to our room and one of the beds were broke. I put my hand on the bed and it was lopsided and went to the ground. We let the staff know at the front desk and she got us switched to a new room. We loved the view of the buildings. The breakfast was great. The room was clean. Staff are friendly. And it was super close (within a mile or two from bourbon/french quarter). Overall everything was great. I would stay here again.

Summary: The hotel is great, the furniture looks new. The breakfast is good The only thing that we did not like was the bathroom, the door does not cover the area and you wash your hands next to the bed

Summary: Chose this hotel because of competitive pricing and amenities when compared to the boutique hotels in the French Quarter. Hotel is a short walk from French Quarter, close to restaurants and bars, and close to grocery store.
