Positive: If you are wanting an adventure then this is your place. Getting there is an adventure in itself passing through tea plantations and villages. The rooms are very basic, leeches can also be an issue but the whole national park is full of them. The staff do their best to help you with this. Food is tasty, limited, but tasty. So bring snacks. The Sri Lankan lunch was incredible. Drinks aren't included in the price. The staff are friendly and kind, making sure your stay is enjoyable. Bring earplugs, if the wind gets up the roof makes a lot of noise in the night. A place to switch off in the mountains, the pool is a bonus!
Negative: No functioning hot water. Maybe have something in the rooms for people to apply for bugs and leeches.
