Summary: Lovely room, very friendly staff, nice bar.... Being fussy Spa a little busy, no towels available and the steam room out of order. That being said it wouldn't put me off visiting again.

Summary: Leaking toilet in our room on arrival. A dirty tray from room service with left over food on it sat outside a guest’s room from our arrival at 3pm until 11am the next day despite our raising this twice with reception. Poor quality towels in our room. The spa area ran out of towels for guests to use. Spa was generally untidy, with cups and used towels lying about.

Summary: Room was clean and decorated well. Good shower nice warm water and room was at a good temperature too. The hotel was decorated well for Christmas as well with several Christmas trees dotted about the communal areas. Pool facilities were very good and kept clean and tidy. Breakfast was very nice as well with a good selection to choose from. Hotel itself is very picturesque.

Summary: Beautiful room with fabulous comfortable bed and pillows ! Brilliant shower! Excellent coffee machine! Good heating system so room temperature cosy as the weather outside was windy cold and wet! Gorgeous plush decor in the room

Summary: We had a slightly strange experience at Slieve Donard. The hotel is lovely. The room had a great view of the sea and the bed was really comfortable. The gym and spa area are great. Its location is also amazing. However on our first night we were disturbed in our room after 10.30 pm to settle a restaurant bill because we hadn't left card details at the front desk. When I mentioned this to the staff the next day they said they would speak to the manager and get back to us about it, but never did. I was also quite shocked on our last morning to be turned away from the gym and pool because it was only open to members, and not hotel guests, at that time.
